    Lucky you!!! Our first time customers will always receive a discount. So, join us with your email for rose care tips, updates, and additional promotions.

    Off course! Once you are subscribed in the Vloomphobia list, you will receive rose care tips, updates, and promo codes.

  • Types of Payments?

    Visa, PayPal, Amex, Master Card, Discovery. Exactly… we mostly accept them all.

  • How do I delete or change a credit card?

    If you will like to remove, updated, or just change your credit card info; you can go to my account, then click on change a credit card you have on file, and you will be able to change it or delete it.

  • How long does it take to get my refund?

    Refunds take generally 4-10 business days.

  • How long does our Vlooms roses last?

    With the proper care our roses will usually last between 5-7 days, however we have seen or roses go up to 10 days. For any concerns please contact us.

  • How track my order?

    Once your order has been ship you will receive an email with the tracking code to check the status of your shipment.
